Fifty trees for a subdivision entry. Four hundred for a phase. One fifteen-footer for a courtyard that has to look finished on handover day. None of those fit in a box, they do not belong in a shopping cart, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Why there is no "Add to cart" on this page

A tree reaches you one of two ways. The small end, a 3 to 5 ft tree in a 3-gallon container with caliper under one inch, goes in a 48 by 12 by 12 box and ships by carton anywhere in the country. Anything in a 15-gallon container or larger goes on a truck, which means Texas delivery or pickup at the ranch, quoted. A 7-gallon still boxes. This page is the truck. We have not graded a live carton shipment yet, so we do not publish a transit time we have not measured.

Freight and install for a volume order depend on things a checkout page cannot know: how a truck gets onto the site, whether there is room to stage pallets, whether you need a skid-steer or a crane, what season you are planting in, and how many trips it takes. Any store that quotes you a number for that at checkout is guessing, and the guess gets corrected after your card is charged.

So we quote it. You get a real number from a person who has looked at the job, and then an invoice you can pay by card or on terms. The trees grow on our own 500 acres in Central Texas at 200 Windermere Rd in San Marcos, so you are buying from the grower with nobody in between.

What we quote

Volume container stock	25 to 1,000+ trees in 3, 7 or 15-gallon containers. Per-tree pricing steps down with quantity, our published 25-Tree Acre Pack is already $69 a tree against $99 for a single, and volume beyond that is quoted. Ranch grow-out stock confirmed by the ranch manager: 500 sawtooth oak in 15-gallon and 500 in 3-gallon, 624 Shumard oak in 15-gallon, 331 American sycamore in 15-gallon and 331 in 3-gallon.
Mature and specimen trees	Trees above 15-gallon: 30-gallon, 45-gallon, 65-gallon and up, 11 to 17 ft, 3 to 5 in caliper. These do not box. Priced per tree, delivered on a flatbed within Texas or picked up at the ranch, typically $800 to $1,500 installed depending on species, grade and access.
Install and establishment	Dig, set, backfill, stake, mulch and a first-season watering schedule. Quoted as a line on the same invoice, not as a separate contractor you have to manage.
Contract growing	Tell us what you need in eighteen months and we will grow it to your spec and hold it. We can do that because we have the field, and the trees stay in our ground until your date.

What we need from you to quote it

Email sales@alreadygrown.com with the subject line "Quote" and these six things. With all six, we come back with a real number, usually the same day, or we tell you plainly that we cannot make your date:

Company and project name, and who signs.
Site city or address. Freight is a function of distance and access.
Species and quantity, or a description of the job if you want us to spec it.
Size or container grade you are working to, and the caliper if the plans call one out.
The date you need trees in the ground. This is the field that decides whether we can help, because it sets the date you have to order by. Fall and winter are cheaper and the trees establish better; if you need a summer install we will tell you what that costs in survival terms before we quote it. Staged delivery across construction phases is normal. Say so and we will schedule to it.

How the money works

A written quote, valid 30 days. Itemised: trees, freight, install, tax. No "market conditions" clause that lets us reprice you later.
Deposit and balance. Volume orders run on a 30–50% deposit with the balance on delivery. That is standard construction-trade practice and it is how we secure the growing slot.
Terms for repeat accounts. Once you have run a job with us we will set you up with an account, your own pricing, and Net 30 or Net 60, so your procurement people can reorder without going through a salesperson.
The invoice is a real Shopify order. Your inventory is reserved against it the moment you accept, so nobody sells your 400 trees out from under you while you are waiting on a PO.

What we will tell you before you sign

Season beats size. A 7-gallon planted in November will out-perform a 15-gallon planted in June, and it costs a third as much. If your schedule allows a fall install, take it.
Oak wilt is a scheduling constraint, not a footnote. Never prune a Texas oak between February 1 and June 30, and paint every wound within 30 minutes year-round. We will build that into the install plan rather than let a crew find out the hard way.
Mono-species rows are a liability. If your plans call for 400 of one oak, ask us about splitting the order across two or three species. It costs you nothing and it means one pathogen does not take the whole entry. If part of the planting is for wildlife, sawtooth oak carries that job, and the first reliable acorn crop typically comes 5 to 8 years after planting.
If we are wrong for the job, we will say so. If you need 200 live oaks at 6-inch caliper next month, we are not your grower, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than three weeks into a bid.
